OUCH -
NOT a shoe for high instep! I have worn these shoes once since purchasing them...have several pairs of Pliners and LOVE them! NOT THESE. They are very stylish, but OH, the next day...I had BRUISES where the buckle dug into the top of my foot!!! They're still in the closet hoping it was a bad day and not the shoes...but afraid to try again! Heels are very high, but I am accustomed to wearing high heels...maybe I can wear them to a "sitting occasion".

Got these shoes in a 10, they were too small, had to return them for an 11, and that fit perfectly. They are absolutely gorgeous. They just look great. I’m so happy I decided to get them and people have made nice comments about them too.

A great experience -
I have purchased several products with Zappos with no problems, but recently I had to exchange because the size and they were very helpful, they even send me the new shoes immediately, I only had great experiences with Zappos and their products.

Another great Pliner shoe -
I've only worn these once, but they are, as I would expect of any Pliner, wonderful. I have the animal print and it is really cute and little red jewels set in the metal embellishment.

I LOVE my new shoes!
