- The Layla® Base File was designed to be used as a primer to set the Layla Hologram Effect nail polish on natural nails.
- To use:
On clean, bare nails, take the two-sided emery board marked "Side 1" and rub all over the nail. Immediately buff the nails with "Side 2" and a glossy base coat will appear. Apply one full coat of Hologram Effect onto the nail. Wait a few second to add the second coat. Apply a top coat to seal in the design.
